What is the processing time?

The normal processing time for KB Skin orders is 1 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays. Due to increased order volume or unforeseen delays, additional time may be required for processing.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 2-5 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 10-14 business days. Please note that during holidays, restocks, or limited edition launches, shipping times may vary.

Orders are not eligible for refunds due to shipping timeframe delays.

KB Skin is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by:

Customs delays

Natural occurrences

Air or ground transportation strikes or delays

Additional customs fees or charges once the package has exited the United States

Packages undeliverable by USPS, UPS, DHL, or their international partners due to customs or local requirements will be canceled and refunded once received back and processed at our shipping hub.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, or damaged packages can happen. If this occurs:

1. Please contact the shipping carrier first to open a package search or claim.

2. If needed, contact us after your claim has been filed — we are happy to assist.

We value our customers — all of our packages are insured. Once the carrier issues a claim or refund, you may use that toward a new purchase from KB Skin.

Incorrect Addresses

KB Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, it can be reshipped only after a new shipping invoice is paid by the customer.

KB Skin is not responsible for any non-returned items due to incorrect or insufficient addresses; customers will need to resolve any such issues directly with the shipping carrier.
